I would have to say that it went really well. And I would normally fear jinxing it with a brass display of over-confidence like that. But when they take you right from the callback over to the set to start rehearsing, I guess you have to assume you did a nice job.
And it did actually go well. I polished up all the snotty stuff to give it a little more edge and they laughed and laughed. (Of course, the next two people to come out said they laughed and laughed for them, too.) But I guess I did all the lines they way they wanted 'em. So then it came down to look. There were four guys -- me, one slightly heavier, one slightly darker, and one slightly scruffier. I guess none of the exotic options panned out and they sent me off to work!
