Superbowl Dederick~J took his only loss in Week One. Little did he know, his season was over. Romain~P left no room for error this season as he ran the table from start to finish. After last year's split pot amongst two-loss finishers, who knew it could still be done? Twenty-one weeks, twenty-one picks, twenty-one winners. How did Romain know that Dez Bryant's catch would be ruled incomplete? How did he know Seattle would successfully onside kick? How did he know the Seahawks would try to pass from the 1 yard-line with 20 seconds left in the Superbowl? Genius, I tell you. Pure genius. And he has lots of spoils to go with his victory. Congratulations, Romain!! Final Standings Dederick, Markwalter, and Marshall get to play for free next year for their efforts. And down in the Two-Loss chart, Khouri put together an 11-game winning streak to end the season and secure the Booby Prize. In the Second Chance Pool, the tie-breaker point total was the story, with 154 points scored in three games. That gave Ankrom~JD secondary bragging rights for the 2014 football season as one of only 3 second-chancers to make it through the playoffs undefeated. Great work, people! See you in the fall! |
